These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website plottwistlabs.io and all products, services, and content provided by Plot Twist Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Purchases

Digital products: All digital products (PDFs, spreadsheets, templates, toolkits) are delivered electronically via Gumroad or direct download. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use unless you purchase a PLR/commercial license.

Courses: Online courses are hosted on third-party platforms (Udemy, Skillshare, Gumroad). Access and refund policies for courses are governed by the respective platform's terms.

Memberships: Membership subscriptions are billed monthly via Beehiiv or Skool. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Browser extensions: Free extensions are provided as-is. Premium features are billed through ExtensionPay. Refunds for extension purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Personal Use License

Unless you purchase a PLR or commercial license, all products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased products with others
• Claim authorship of any product content
• Use products to create competing commercial products
• Upload products to file-sharing or torrent sites

You may use products for your personal career, finances, business operations, and self-improvement.

3. PLR / Commercial Licenses

Products purchased with a PLR (Private Label Rights) license may be rebranded, modified, and resold under your own name. Full PLR license terms are available at plottwistlabs.io/plr-license.

4. Refund Policy

Digital products: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, missing content, etc.), contact us at support@plottwistlabs.io and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Memberships: No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime to stop future billing.

Courses: Refunds are governed by the hosting platform (Udemy, Skillshare, etc.).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on plottwistlabs.io — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of Plot Twist Labs LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Our proprietary methodologies (WAS™, CVRS™, VCS™, ACRS™, TDRS™) are protected as trade secrets and/or by provisional patents.

6. Affiliate Links and Recommendations

Some links on our website and in our products are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you make a purchase through these links at no additional cost to you. Our affiliate relationships do not influence our product recommendations. See our full Affiliate Disclosure for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plot Twist Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
